Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days with every feature and no card. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. Nothing is deleted: anything over the Free limits stays, you just can’t add more until you upgrade.
What does the Free plan include?
Up to 3 projects and 3 people, Kanban and Scrum boards, 100 MB of files, email and in-app alerts, the public roadmap and Claude Code. AI credits can be bought as packs. Sprint Lock, advanced reports, client embeds and viewers are on paid plans.
Why yearly billing?
Yearly billing keeps prices low and invoicing simple. You can upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the days left.
Do clients or viewers need a seat?
No. Clients use embeds and portals free, and read-only viewers don’t use a paid seat. Each plan includes a number of free viewers.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. You can’t add more of that thing until you upgrade or are back under the limit, and Laneway tells you which plan fits.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice; add your GSTIN under Billing and it appears on the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
