The “N to test” badge on the board opens Review mode.

Tick the test steps as you go. The note from the developer is right there.

Done, send back with a reason, or report a bug that links back to the card.

The right people decide
Only people allowed to mark work done see the Done action. Everyone else can still send back or report a bug.
Notifications that matter
Moving a card to In Review notifies the people who can accept it, by in-app, push or email.
