Run `npx laneway login` in your own terminal. The token never appears in chat or your repo.

Add the generated instructions to CLAUDE.md. Claude Code now works from your board.

Guard rails built in
Tokens can’t mark work Done, publish to portals, move cards to Planned or override a blocker or the Sprint Lock. A person accepts the work in Review mode.
Visible on the board
Cards moved through a token carry a “Claude Code” chip, and the Home feed says who moved what from which machine.
Revoke any time
Tokens are shown once, stored as hashes and can be revoked from the same panel.
